Prior to joining OrthoBerry, Katie Ehlis was the Founder of The Vanity Bar, a successful entrepreneurial venture she established in West Fargo, North Dakota, where she led operations and strategy for nearly six years. She also previously served as Director of Learning and Development at Clutch Performance, Inc., where she was instrumental in designing high-impact training programs that drove organizational growth and talent development.
Katie’s career in learning and development spans more than a decade, including her work as a Learning & Development Professional at her own consultancy, and as Director of Learning & Program Development at Red Robin, where she was recognized with Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Learning Awards for innovative learning solutions. Her earlier experience as a Learning & Development Consultant at Advantis Global and as a Business Change Management Consultant & Training Lead at Wipro Retail further underscores her expertise in change management, instructional design, and scalable learning systems.
Throughout her career, Katie has demonstrated a passion for leveraging technology and creative instructional design to drive learning outcomes and organizational effectiveness.
