In this pivotal role, Karl will oversee global people strategy, talent development, and workforce well-being, ensuring that FRAMECAD’s human resources capabilities continue to drive innovation and operational excellence worldwide.
Before taking up the Head of People role, Karl was instrumental as Senior People & Capability Business Partner at FRAMECAD for over two years. Here, he managed performance management, international recruitment, global health and safety, payroll, and complex employment law issues—helping the company scale its people-first culture across continents. His ability to balance people initiatives with commercial acumen has been key to aligning HR with FRAMECAD’s strategic growth.
Previously, Karl served as People & Culture Business Partner – Digital Employee Experience, where he focused on optimizing employee engagement and digital transformation of HR processes. His earlier experience at Fonterra spanned over five years, including roles as Territory Sales Manager, Business Analyst, HR Business Partner, and HR Advisor. These positions allowed him to build a solid foundation in business strategy, sales management, relationship-building, and HR consulting across multiple business units.
Karl’s career reflects a deep understanding of global workforce dynamics and the ability to bridge business and HR needs. His skills in people development, recruiting, health & safety, and business planning have positioned him as a trusted advisor and change leader across various organizations.
