Pune, Maharashtra, India, June 2025 — Anshul Saxena has been appointed as Vice President – Corporate Strategy at Force Motors Ltd, marking a significant addition to the leadership team of one of India’s most respected and vertically integrated automobile companies. With over 20 years of cross-functional experience in strategy, mergers & acquisitions, operations, and business transformation, Anshul is set to play a pivotal role in driving Force Motors’ long-term growth and innovation roadmap.
Anshul joins Force Motors from BAXY Limited, where he served as President & CEO of the Enviro Division. There, he led a strategic turnaround focused on electric mobility, waste management, and specialized utility vehicles—introducing cutting-edge technologies and expanding the company’s footprint in high-impact domains such as fire safety and disaster response.
Previously, he held the position of Senior Vice President and Group Head – Strategy and M&A at Spark Minda, where he was instrumental in formulating long-term group strategy and leading investor relations. He also managed inorganic growth initiatives to align the group’s capabilities with the evolving EV and mobility landscape.
Earlier, Anshul spent nearly eight years at Krishna Maruti Group, where he served on the boards of multiple joint ventures and led the group’s Strategy, New Business Development, and Branding efforts. During his tenure, he played a key role in doubling the revenues of the group’s sheet metal division and significantly expanding its export footprint.
Anshul’s foundation in consulting was laid through impactful stints at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and Tata Strategic Management Group, where he worked on M&A, growth strategy, and operational restructuring for clients across the automotive and chemicals sectors. His early professional years included engineering and business development roles at Reliance Industries and Cepa Mobility in Denmark.
An alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Anshul also holds an engineering degree and brings to Force Motors a rare combination of boardroom acumen and grassroots execution capability.
In his new role at Force Motors, Anshul will oversee corporate strategy and guide the company through its next phase of transformation—aligning its iconic portfolio, including the Traveller, Trax, and Gurkha, with emerging trends in electric mobility, global partnerships, and advanced manufacturing.
