Bringing over 35 years of expertise in strategic human capital management, Apte is set to lead NeoLiv’s HR function in alignment with its ambitious growth agenda. In this pivotal role, he will focus on strengthening organisational capabilities, fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture, and ensuring that NeoLiv’s talent strategy is closely aligned with its business objectives.
Prior to joining NeoLiv, Milind Apte was Senior Vice President – Human Resources at KEC International Ltd., where he led HR initiatives, championed leadership development, and supported organisational transformation across the group for over two years. His tenure was marked by the implementation of robust talent strategies, building future-ready teams, and steering culture initiatives.

Before his time at KEC International Ltd., he served as SVP Human Resources at CEAT Limited for six years, where he played a key role in evolving the people strategy, driving talent engagement, and fostering an agile work environment. His efforts were instrumental in aligning HR with business outcomes in a dynamic market environment.
Previously, Apte was Chief People Officer at Godrej Properties Limited, where, over nearly six years, he contributed to scaling the HR function and supporting significant business expansion. He also held senior HR leadership roles at Godrej Hershey Limited, DHL Express, and Cadbury India Limited, managing large-scale HR operations, change management, and talent transformation.
Earlier in his career, Apte gained valuable HR experience at Johnson & Johnson and served as a sportsman at LIC of India and Mumbai Port Trust, demonstrating commitment, teamwork, and leadership from the very start of his professional journey.
