Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2025 – Rakhee Sharma has been appointed as Head – Global Talent Management & Organization Development at Centrient Pharmaceuticals. In her new role, she leads the global charter for talent and organizational development, driving enterprise-wide initiatives including performance management, leadership development, and the implementation of a global learning management system to build future-ready capabilities across geographies.
Rakhee has been with Centrient Pharmaceuticals for nearly three years. Prior to her elevation, she served as Learning and Development Lead (Center of Experts), supporting global and regional learning programs and contributing to strategic talent management initiatives.
Before joining Centrient, Rakhee was associated with Fresenius Kabi as an HR Business Partner, where she handled corporate talent management, talent acquisition, CSR, continuous improvement programs, and SOP management. She played a key role in streamlining employee lifecycle processes and overseeing multiple strategic HR initiatives.
Earlier, Rakhee worked at GSK Consumer Healthcare India, where she held dual roles — as Deputy Manager Human Resources and Site Learning Advisor – Global L&D, focusing on employee engagement, PMS, diversity and inclusion, and site-wide capability development efforts.
Rakhee spent over seven years at Nestlé India Limited, growing through multiple roles from Trainee to Assistant Manager – Human Resources. During her tenure, she led capability development, talent management, and leadership development initiatives across factory locations in Goa and Punjab. Her early experience also includes designing and delivering training modules and onboarding programs critical to operational readiness.
