Dixon’s journey with Fresenius Kabi has been marked by notable achievements and responsibilities. Before ascending to the role of CISO, he led as the Senior Director of Cybersecurity, where he was instrumental in steering the cybersecurity direction for the Fresenius Kabi organization. His tenure saw him as a key member of the Fresenius Group security committee, ensuring compliance with data security standards through technological and physical access controls. Dixon has been at the forefront of developing and implementing comprehensive security programs, managing cyber threat analyses, and overseeing all security audits mandated by customers and government agencies.

Prior to his impactful tenure in cybersecurity, Dixon served as the Director of Enterprise Architecture at Fresenius Kabi. Here, he was responsible for aligning global standards with business practices across infrastructure, applications, and service management, fostering synergies within the Fresenius organizations. His initial years at the company were spent managing networks for Fenwal, Inc., a Fresenius Kabi Company, where he led significant projects including the construction of a state-of-the-art data center and the integration of cutting-edge security technologies.
