New Delhi, Delhi, India, July 2025 – Randeep Singh has been appointed as the new Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at FINDI Group, a fintech and financial infrastructure company poised for national expansion and an upcoming IPO. In this pivotal role, Singh will lead the people strategy across FINDI’s diverse verticals—including FindiATM, Transaction Solutions International (TSI), FindiBANKIT, and Unified Banking Centres—with a sharp focus on building a cohesive talent and culture framework powered by transformative HR technology.
Singh brings over 23 years of global HR leadership experience across top consulting firms, large corporations, and entrepreneurial ventures. Most recently, he served as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at HONO, an HR tech company that scaled across 10 countries and served over 150 corporates, redefining employee engagement and experience through actionable insights and AI-enabled platforms.
Prior to HONO, Singh held the role of Vice President – Business Operations, working across Dubai and Singapore. He also co-founded WyoW Consulting LLP, a boutique HR consulting firm known for accelerating performance through innovative people solutions across sectors including banking, IT, FMCG, infrastructure, and more.
Earlier in his career, Singh held key positions at organizations such as Macquarie IT, PwC, Essar Group, Reliance Retail, and Piramal Enterprises, where he led strategic HR initiatives in technology, operations, transformation, and digital enablement. His professional journey began at Manford, where he developed strong foundations in leadership development and talent consulting.
He holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from University Business School, Panjab University, and is known for blending operational excellence with HR innovation to shape inclusive, future-ready workforces.
