Srijith Nair Appointed as Director - Human Capital at SAL Saudi Logistics Services

Jeddah, Makkah Province, Saudi Arabia, July 2025 – Srijith Nair has joined SAL Saudi Logistics Services, part of the Saudi Arabian Airlines Group, as Director in the Human Capital Leadership team, where he will lead key talent transformation initiatives across the organization. In this strategic role, Srijith will anchor executive succession planning, leadership development, future-skilling, and AI readiness to align people priorities with national ambitions outlined in Saudi Vision 2030.

Prior to this, Srijith Nair served for 2 years at Dubai Islamic Bank as the leader of Talent Management and Executive Leadership Development. He drove strategic initiatives including board succession planning, UAE national talent development, and enterprise-wide career pathing strategies using analytics and technology to align with regulatory and business mandates.

Before that, Srijith spent over a year with Landmark Group, managing group-level talent, succession, and leadership development for 25,000+ employees across five Gulf countries. He led the Emiratization strategy and implemented impact metrics for OD and talent outcomes across diverse businesses in the group.

Earlier, he worked for nearly 14 years with the Aditya Birla Group, holding leadership positions in HR, L&D, and talent management across multiple business units including Sun Life Insurance and Sun Asset Management. He led strategic workforce planning, tech-enabled performance initiatives, cultural transformation projects, and built strong leadership pipelines across functions.

He began his career in aviation and insurance, holding HR and training roles with Jet Airways, SriLankan Airlines, and Max Life Insurance, where he was recognized with multiple awards for excellence in sales training and people development.
