Denver, Colorado, United States, July 2025 – Raychel Duncan has been promoted to Head of Human Resources at INEOS Energy, marking a key milestone in her career within the global energy sector. In her new role, she will lead the company’s human resources strategy across geographies, support business transformation, and drive talent development and organizational culture initiatives aligned with INEOS’s strategic goals.
Raychel brings nearly two years of experience at INEOS Energy, where she most recently served as Senior Manager, Human Resources. During this time, she contributed to talent acquisition, HR operations, and the implementation of people-first policies to support the company’s growth and energy transition objectives.
Prior to joining INEOS, Raychel held the position of Senior Recruiting Manager at Opportune, where she played a pivotal role in shaping recruiting strategies and enhancing talent pipelines for clients across the energy and consulting sectors.
Earlier, Raychel was Recruiting Leader at bp, where she led recruitment efforts during a time of transformation and helped implement data-driven hiring practices across business units in the U.S. energy market.
Raychel also spent nearly six years at Whiting Petroleum Corporation, first as a Human Resources Business Partner & Corporate Recruiter, and later as Talent Manager, overseeing performance management, talent development, and culture-building initiatives for the Denver-based company.
Raychel holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Denver, reflecting her strong academic foundation and commitment to continuous learning.
