United Kingdom, July 2025 – Nick Frost has joined RPS as Head of Talent Acquisition UK & Ireland, taking charge of developing and executing innovative hiring strategies to attract top-tier talent across the region. In this role, he will lead recruitment operations for RPS’s multidisciplinary teams, contributing to its continued growth and focus on sustainable infrastructure, environmental excellence, and engineering solutions.
Prior to joining RPS, Nick served as Talent Acquisition Manager at Rolls-Royce SMR for nearly four years. He led the development of a best-in-class recruitment function, managing up to 450 new hires per year for the fast-scaling nuclear energy start-up. His work focused on creating inclusive and engaging recruitment journeys, driving operational success through talent acquisition strategy, and embedding transformational methodologies.
Earlier, he worked with Suttons Group as Global Talent Acquisition Business Partner during a high-volume hiring period. Engaged on a fixed-term contract, he streamlined processes and significantly improved cost and time efficiency across the global logistics company’s hiring function.
Previously, Nick spent five years at The Management Recruitment Group (MRG) as Regional Recruitment Manager, where he led the Northern UK office and successfully delivered executive hiring projects in the construction and university sectors, while managing a team of consultants.
Nick also held leadership and specialist roles at Cameron (a Schlumberger company), Fircroft, Airswift, Venator Executive Resourcing, PSD Group, and Ellis Fairbank, amassing over two decades of deep domain expertise in recruitment, executive search, RPO solutions, and transformation across multiple sectors including energy, engineering, real estate, and logistics.
