Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 — Mukesh Thakkar has taken on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Manika Plastech Ltd., where he will spearhead the company’s financial planning, risk management, business value chain strategy, and overall fiscal governance. His appointment marks a strategic move in Manika Plastech’s journey towards strengthening operational efficiency and financial leadership.
Mukesh brings with him more than 18 years of rich experience across finance, audit, taxation, and business transformation. Prior to this, he served as Deputy General Manager – Finance and Accounts at PRISM JOHNSON LIMITED – RMC (India) Division, where he played a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across business units for over four years.
Before that, Mukesh spent over seven years at Manika Moulds Private Limited, where he held leadership responsibilities in financial and management accounting, cost optimization, and internal controls. His tenure significantly contributed to the company’s profitability through prudent financial management and operational insights.
Earlier in his career, he worked at Supermax Personal Care Private Limited as Accounts Lead, followed by foundational roles in audit and taxation with K. J. Sheth & Associates, a Traineeship at Deutsche Bank, and an initial stint with CBS Tax Consultancy. These formative experiences laid a strong groundwork for his financial acumen and leadership development.
