New Delhi, India, July 2025 – Garima Dhamija has joined Orient Cables (India) Limited as an Independent Director on its Board. A respected leadership voice in the Indian business and social impact landscape, Garima brings over two decades of multi-industry experience in business strategy, people development, and board governance to her new role.
She will continue in her roles as Co-Founder of #LeadLikeHer, a social impact initiative focused on building a strong community of women leaders and allies, and as Co-Founder and Partner at Salto Dee Fe, where she helps organizations solve complex people problems and serves as an executive coach to senior business leaders.
Garima also serves as Independent Director at Salasar Techno Engineering Limited, where she contributes her deep expertise in board-level governance, strategic oversight, and ESG advocacy. Her entrepreneurial journey began with Cube People Solutions, where she led talent acquisition and retail consulting projects and collaborated with academia in shaping retail management content.
Her early career includes impactful roles across NIS Sparta, RPG Group, and Shoppers Stop, focusing on retail operations, customer satisfaction, and capability development, setting the foundation for her future leadership in people strategy and performance growth.
