Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2025 — Ashutosh Parashar has been appointed as Chief Business Officer at GroupL Services, where he will lead the company’s strategic growth and market expansion efforts across emerging sectors. With over 20 years of experience in sales leadership, business development, and operations management, Ashutosh is expected to play a pivotal role in driving GroupL’s next phase of scale and profitability.
Before joining GroupL Services, Ashutosh served as Assistant Vice President at BCL Secure Premises Pvt Limited, where he successfully doubled the company’s revenue and secured a landmark INR 360 million contract—the largest in the company’s history. His role encompassed overseeing a multi-tiered sales team, expanding market presence across India, and optimizing profitability in new geographies.
Earlier in his career, Ashutosh held the position of General Manager at TOPS Security Limited, where he led large-scale client engagements, business acquisition, and strategic presentations across varied industry verticals. His ability to respond to RFPs, close high-stakes deals, and penetrate new business domains was instrumental in the company’s growth.
Previously, he served as Business Head at SRS Entertainment Limited, managing 15 outlets nationwide, leading a team of over 700 employees, and generating a turnover of ₹25 crore annually. He led end-to-end operations from project planning to execution, showcasing his expertise in P&L management, supply chain coordination, and team leadership.
Ashutosh’s early career included stints at ITC Hotels, Citigroup, and BPO operations where he managed operations and client servicing functions. A graduate of RMIT University, he brings a strong foundation in customer-centric business strategies, supported by cross-functional leadership across hospitality, BPO, security, and facilities management.
