Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, August 2025 — Hindustan Unilever Limited has announced the appointment of Rajneet Kohli as Executive Director – Foods, bringing over 28 years of leadership experience across FMCG, CPG, retail, and digital transformation. In this role, he will oversee the Foods portfolio, drive product innovation, and accelerate growth in India’s dynamic consumer market.
Prior to joining Hindustan Unilever, Rajneet was CEO & Executive Director at Britannia Industries Limited, where he led a large-scale transformation, expanded into new categories, drove product innovation, and managed complex supply chains. He also chaired the CII National Committee on Marketing Leadership and the CII Retail & Omnichannel Committee, while serving as a board member of Britannia Bel Foods Private Limited.
Previously, Rajneet headed Domino’s India at Jubilant FoodWorks as President & Chief Business Officer, transforming the brand into a food-tech leader with over 1,700 stores, advanced digital capabilities, and industry-leading customer satisfaction scores. His strategic focus on innovation, customer experience, and network expansion significantly grew market value.
Rajneet also spent 14 years at The Coca-Cola Company in senior leadership roles, where he expanded premium beverage portfolios, optimized distribution, and delivered high double-digit growth. His early career included leadership positions at Asian Paints and RR Financial Consulting.
