London, United Kingdom, September 2025 – Agnes Wojtczak has taken on the role of Chief People Officer at Redsquid, a top-tier B Corp-certified IT Managed Services Provider known for its sustainability and people-first approach. In her new role, Agnes will lead Redsquid’s people strategy across talent, culture, transformation, and organisational development—supporting the company’s rapid growth and mission to deliver innovative, people-centric technology solutions.
Before joining Redsquid, Agnes Wojtczak served as Human Resources Director at Aurora Managed Services for three years, where she partnered with the CEO and senior leadership to align HR strategy with commercial growth goals. She led significant change management initiatives, M&A integrations, and digital HR transformations—implementing HRIS, LMS, and performance systems. Her leadership drove employee engagement, DE&I efforts, and cultural transformation, including the launch of new company values and rebranding initiatives.
Prior to that, Agnes served as Head of Human Resources at Aurora Managed Services, where she scaled the organisation from 80 to 300 employees. She built HR infrastructure from the ground up, delivered strategic workforce planning, and led employee relations and talent strategies to support business expansion and operational excellence.
Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles at Minority Rights Group, Lapithus Management LLP, and Dimensional Fund Advisors, gaining deep expertise in employee engagement, compensation, HR systems, and performance management. Agnes began her HR journey in early career roles with Slaughter and May, Société Générale, and Vectone Group Holding, building a strong foundation in HR operations and recruitment.
She holds a Master of Arts in International Human Resources Management from the University of Greenwich and has consistently demonstrated excellence in organisational design, HR transformation, M&A, and people strategy in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.
