Amy Lindholm Appointed as Chief People Officer at Scorpion

Chicago, Illinois, United States, September 2025 – Amy Lindholm has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at Scorpion, a leading provider of AI-powered digital marketing solutions designed to drive revenue for local businesses. In this new role, Amy will lead the company’s global people strategy, focusing on fostering an inclusive culture, advancing leadership development, and aligning talent initiatives with business growth.

Amy Lindholm has been an integral part of Scorpion for over two years. Before assuming the role of Chief People Officer in August 2025, she served as Senior Vice President of People and Culture, where she played a key role in shaping organizational culture and leading strategic HR initiatives. Prior to that, she held roles as Senior Director of Talent Development & People Experience, and Director, Talent Advisory and Development, contributing to employee experience and leadership capabilities.

Before joining Scorpion, Amy worked at West Monroe as a Talent Management Leader, where she drove initiatives to enhance workforce capability and engagement. Her earlier experience includes over a year at WPP, where she served as Global Learning Lead, Inclusion & Belonging, and Director, Global People Experience, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusive leadership practices on a global scale.

Amy spent over six years at Allstate, taking on progressive roles including HR Business Partner, Strategic Workforce Planning Manager, Transformation Consultant, and as a Leadership Development Program participant, where she gained multi-functional exposure across HR, claims, and marketing.

She began her professional journey with Zurich North America as an HR Business Partner Intern, supporting various initiatives in development planning, internal mobility, and training evaluation.

Amy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from DePaul University, with a specialization in Business Administration and Management.
