Garima Garg Appointed as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Uno Minda

Gurugram, Haryana, India, September 2025 – Uno Minda has announced the appointment of Garima Garg as its new Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Bringing with her extensive experience in people strategy and organizational transformation, Garg will play a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s culture, nurturing talent, and driving the next phase of its growth journey.

Garg brings over two decades of rich HR leadership and consulting experience. Most recently, she was associated with ReNew, where she served in multiple leadership capacities for nearly five years, including CHRO of ReNew Manufacturing, Senior Vice President and Head HR Solar Projects and Manufacturing, Head HR Projects and O&M, and Vice President HR and Talent Head. Her contributions spanned talent management, organizational effectiveness, and scaling HR strategy across manufacturing and project verticals.

Prior to this, she worked at Deloitte as a Director for four years, leading HR consulting assignments for large-scale organizational transformation and people strategy. Before that, she was part of Korn Ferry Hay Group for nearly six years, where she specialized in leadership, talent, and organizational consulting.

Earlier in her career, Garg worked with PwC as Principal Consultant – People and Change Consulting, where she supported clients in restructuring and transformation projects. She also gained experience at HSBC as Manager, Learning and Development, and at Genpact as a Senior Manager – HR Business Partner.

Garg holds a Post Graduate Diploma in PMIR from XLRI School of Business and Management, and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University, equipping her with strong academic grounding in HR and organizational leadership.
