With a robust leadership background spanning two decades across the technology, services, and enterprise solutions sectors, Manish brings a wealth of experience and an exceptional record in driving customer success, operational excellence, and innovation. In his new role, he is expected to spearhead SHARP India’s efforts in expanding its business footprint and enhancing service delivery across strategic verticals.
Prior to joining SHARP India, Manish Garg served as Head of Customer Success (Global Services & Solutions), Greater India Market at HP for over four years. In this role, he led high-impact teams to drive adoption, expansion, and retention across large enterprise accounts. His leadership was instrumental in achieving sustained revenue growth, improved customer lifetime value, and elevated Net Promoter Scores.
Before his tenure at HP, Manish was the Chief Executive Officer at WeP Solutions Limited, where he led a 200+ member team delivering SaaS, Managed Print Services, and document management solutions. Under his leadership, the company became India’s No. 1 MPS player and launched innovative projects like India’s first cloud printing kiosk for educational institutions. He drove strategic alliances and introduced operational automations that improved productivity and reduced costs by 30–40%.
Earlier, Manish held several senior roles at HP across nearly eight years, including Country Business Manager, Country Sales Lead – Managed Services, and Regional Sales Manager – Managed Services. During this period, he pioneered the launch of Pagewide Print technology in India, signed multiple multimillion-dollar deals, and secured over 50+ new enterprise logos, significantly enhancing HP’s market share and profitability.
Prior to HP, he played a pivotal role at WeP Solutions Limited again as National Sales Head and Business Head – Gujarat, where he built and led nationwide sales teams, secured 75+ enterprise accounts, and delivered substantial contract value. He also gained earlier experience at HCL Infosystems Ltd. as Area Business Manager, where he led key implementations in retail automation, and at PEP INFOTECH LIMITED as Key Account Manager, where he drove revenue growth and developed a robust North India channel network.
