Troy, Michigan, United States, September 2025 — Jake Josias has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at OWL Services. In this leadership role, he will oversee the company’s HR, Safety, and Fleet teams, driving people strategy and workforce development across OWL’s nationwide operations.
Jake has been with OWL Services for over two years, most recently serving as Chief Operations Officer – Petroleum and Compliance, where he led operational excellence and compliance across multiple business lines. Prior to that, he was Regional Vice President, Midwest Operations, overseeing a large portfolio of operations across 12 offices and hundreds of employees in the Midwest.
Before joining OWL Services, Jake was Vice President of Construction, Facilities and Security at ProMedica, an $8 billion healthcare system with nearly 56,000 employees. There, he managed large-scale facilities, security operations, and infrastructure initiatives across multiple states.
Earlier, he spent more than a decade at CIC Group, rising to Senior Vice President/Subsidiary Company Leader, where he oversaw industrial construction and energy projects worldwide, including refineries, petrochemical facilities, and power plants. He also held leadership roles at Safelite Group and Hydrochem Industrial, where he built expertise in operations, general management, and project leadership within the oil and gas contracting sector.
Jake holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Webster University.
