Emily Harper Appointed as Chief Marketing Officer at Australian Vintage

Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, September 2025 — Emily Harper has been appointed as Chief Marketing Officer at Australian Vintage. In this senior leadership role, she will spearhead global marketing strategy, brand development, and consumer engagement across the company’s internationally recognized wine portfolio.

Emily has been with Australian Vintage since 2022, most recently serving as Head of Global Marketing, where she oversaw brand expansion, portfolio innovation, and international market growth. Prior to that, she was Head of Insights and Category, driving data-led strategies to shape consumer positioning and market penetration.

Before joining Australian Vintage, Emily worked as an Insights & Strategy Consultant, advising FMCG businesses on consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and growth strategies. Her earlier career was marked by a distinguished 15+ year tenure at The Arnott’s Group, where she advanced through leadership roles including Category Strategy Director, Senior Category, Insights & Shopper Marketing Manager – Biscuits, Shopper & Category Insights Manager – Biscuits & Meals, and Category Manager – Biscuits and Snacks. She played a pivotal role in integrating shopper insights into sales and marketing functions, developing long-term retail strategies, and leading high-performing teams.

Emily also gained experience in consumer goods and advertising, serving as Category Manager at Kimberly-Clark and Senior Account Manager at EURO RSCG KLP in the UK. She holds a Master’s Degree from The University of Edinburgh, further strengthening her strategic and analytical expertise.
