Dallas, Texas, United States, September 2025 — Sandi Lemons has joined ITOCHU Building Products Holdings, Inc. as the new Chief Human Resources Officer. In this key leadership role, she will be responsible for driving strategic people initiatives, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration, and strengthening HR capabilities to support the company’s continued expansion across North America.
Prior to this, she was with Ecobat, where she led global human resources operations for a major player in battery recycling and sustainable metallurgy, focusing on organizational transformation and global talent alignment.
Earlier, she contributed to Southwest Transplant Alliance and Versiti Inc., where she supported multi-functional teams across operations and corporate services, guiding talent strategy and organizational effectiveness in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
Before that, she held leadership roles at Baird and MillerCoors, contributing to human capital strategies within the financial services and consumer goods industries.
She also gained experience at Protective Life and Hilton Hotels, where she focused on leadership development, organizational design, and human resources transformation across diverse and fast-paced business environments.
