Faridabad, Haryana, India, June 2026 — HGI Automotives Limited has appointed Manish Nigam as Executive Director & Chief Transformation Officer. In this strategic leadership role, he will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, strengthening operational excellence, accelerating business growth, and supporting the company’s long-term vision through innovation, technology adoption, and organizational capability enhancement.
Manish brings nearly four decades of leadership experience across automotive manufacturing, business transformation, strategy, operations, new business development, and industrial growth. His appointment comes as HGI Automotives continues its journey of expanding capabilities, enhancing operational efficiency, and strengthening its position as a leading manufacturer of aluminum die-casting solutions for domestic and global customers.
Prior to joining HGI Automotives, Manish spent more than eleven years with Krishna Maruti Group, most recently serving as President & Corporate Head – Marketing, New Business Development & Strategy. In this role, he led group-level strategic planning, business development, and marketing initiatives while expanding relationships with major OEMs including JSW MG Motor, Mahindra & Mahindra, Euler Motors, ISUZU, Escorts Kubota, and PMI. He also initiated strategic engagements with Tata Motors, VinFast, Honda Cars, and Force Motors while strengthening international technology partnerships.
Earlier at Krishna Maruti Group, he served as President – Plastics Domain, holding full P&L responsibility for the Plastics, Mirror, and Tooling businesses with a turnover of approximately ₹2,100 crore. During his tenure, the plastics business achieved six-fold growth, the mirror division doubled in scale, and the tooling business expanded fifteen-fold. He also led the expansion of the manufacturing footprint from three plants to twelve facilities across India and spearheaded the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies, including AI-based inspection systems, predictive maintenance, and digital monitoring solutions.
Before that, Manish served as Vice President & SBU Head – Mirror Division at Krishna Ishizaki Auto Limited, where he delivered twenty-fold business growth while strengthening relationships with key automotive OEMs including Maruti Suzuki, Honda Cars, and ISUZU. He successfully managed governance and business alignment between Indian and Japanese stakeholders, reinforcing the company’s growth trajectory and operational maturity.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions with Lumax Automotive Systems Limited, Ankur Scientific Energy Technologies, Gujarat Guardian Limited, Lumax Industries Limited, Auto Tractors Limited, and LML Limited, building extensive expertise across manufacturing operations, procurement, production management, supply chain optimization, customer engagement, business development, and large-scale industrial transformation.
Manish’s extensive experience in scaling businesses, leading operational transformation, implementing advanced manufacturing technologies, and building strategic partnerships is expected to play a pivotal role in supporting HGI Automotives’ next phase of growth. His appointment reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening leadership capabilities while driving innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable business expansion.
