Dallas, Texas, United States, June 2026 — Veralto has expanded the leadership responsibilities of Shruti Kumari Moola, who now serves as Senior Director, Enterprise Organization & Talent Strategy, with oversight of Enterprise Global Talent Acquisition alongside Global HR M&A and Talent Management Centers of Excellence. In her expanded role, she will spearhead enterprise-wide talent acquisition and talent management strategies while continuing to drive HR integration and talent initiatives that support both organic and inorganic growth across Veralto’s global operations.
Shruti’s broadened mandate reflects Veralto’s continued focus on building a future-ready workforce and strengthening its leadership capabilities as the company advances its growth agenda. She will oversee enterprise talent acquisition efforts, talent management programs, and HR M&A initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment between talent priorities and business objectives while helping the organization enhance its competitive position in global markets.
Prior to this expanded role, Shruti served as Senior Director, Mergers and Acquisitions + Enterprise Organization & Talent Planning at Veralto, where she led enterprise talent planning and HR integration initiatives supporting the company’s transformation and growth strategy. She played a key role in aligning organizational capabilities with business priorities while supporting acquisition and integration activities across the enterprise.
Before joining Veralto, she held leadership roles at Danaher Corporation, including Senior Director, Enterprise Organization and Talent Planning and Director, Enterprise Global Talent Management. During her tenure, she led enterprise-wide talent management initiatives, organizational planning efforts, and leadership development programs designed to build high-performing teams and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
Earlier, Shruti spent nearly eight years with Deloitte, where she held several senior HR leadership positions, including National HR Leader for Life Sciences & Health Care Industry and Energy, Resources & Industrials. In these roles, she partnered with business leaders to drive workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent planning, leadership development, and HR transformation initiatives across complex and rapidly evolving business environments.
Prior to Deloitte, she served as First Vice President – Corporate Investment Banking HR Business Partner at SunTrust Bank, providing strategic human capital leadership to senior executives and business leaders. Earlier career assignments included leadership roles with GE, SSA Global (Baan Infosystems), and ONGC, where she built extensive expertise in HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, global HR projects, and M&A integration.
With more than two decades of experience spanning talent management, talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, HR transformation, leadership development, and mergers and acquisitions, Shruti brings a unique blend of strategic and operational expertise to her expanded leadership responsibilities. Her enhanced role is expected to further strengthen Veralto’s ability to attract, develop, and retain world-class talent while supporting long-term business growth.
