Stockholm, Sweden, September 2025 — Pia Lundkvist has been appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer at Zenvise, a consulting firm that blends the strengths of Big Four models with the flexibility of consultant brokerage to deliver dynamic, transparent, and value-driven solutions.
Lundkvist joined Zenvise in 2024 as Business Lead, where she played a pivotal role in driving client success and strengthening operational frameworks. Her leadership and strategic acumen positioned her well to step into the COO role, where she will oversee operations and guide the company’s journey toward “Future Finance.”
Before Zenvise, Lundkvist worked at McKinsey & Company, where she gained valuable experience supporting clients across diverse industries in Stockholm. Earlier, she was with PwC Sweden as a Senior Associate and also worked with PwC in Stockholm as an Associate, where she built her expertise in financial consulting, business advisory, and client services.
Earlier in her career, Lundkvist held operational and administrative roles, including at Capio Spine Center Stockholm, where she was responsible for client-facing support, and at Fredricas Läxhjälp as an Ekonomiadministratör. She also gained exposure through internships and consulting coordination roles at GANT and Navigio, respectively, which provided her with a foundation in organizational management and brand-driven operations.
