Adrian Fahy Named Chief People Officer at Willis Re

London, United Kingdom, September 2025 – Willis Re has announced the appointment of Adrian Fahy as its new Chief People Officer. In this role, Adrian will lead Willis Re’s global people function, overseeing key areas including talent strategy, culture and engagement, learning and development, total rewards, and inclusion and diversity. His focus will be on shaping people strategies that empower colleagues and drive business growth.

Adrian brings extensive HR leadership experience from WTW, where he held several senior global roles across insurance, reinsurance, and consulting. Most recently, he served as Head of Colleague Experience, giving him deep expertise in how talent and culture fuel organizational outcomes. His global perspective will play a crucial role as Willis Re continues its scale-up journey.

Lucy Clarke, Willis Re Board Member, welcomed the appointment, stating: “As we continue to grow our business, attracting and engaging the best talent is fundamental to delivering for our clients. Adrian’s leadership and experience will help ensure we build the culture and capabilities needed for long-term success.”
