Pune, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 – Coronis Health has appointed Rana Pal as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With over two decades of HR leadership across industries and geographies, Rana’s appointment underscores Coronis Health’s commitment to strengthening its people strategy as it scales operations in healthcare revenue cycle management.
Most recently, Rana served as Executive Director – HR at Dexian, where he led the HR function and employee lifecycle management. He spearheaded initiatives in talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement, while ensuring compliance with global HR standards.
Before Dexian, Rana held the role of Director HR – India & Philippines at Infinx, where he played a transformative role in setting up the HR team in the Philippines from scratch, driving HR transformation, talent acquisition, and analytics. He also acted as project lead for strategic client accounts, ensuring smooth HR integration and alignment with business objectives.
Earlier, Rana was AVP – HR at Goldman Sachs (Good Host Spaces Pvt. Ltd.), leading HR transformation and talent acquisition strategies. He was instrumental in setting up scalable HR operations, designing recruitment frameworks, and implementing analytics-driven decision-making for entity expansions.
Rana also spent over three years at Diageo as Lead HRBP & HR Transformation, where he managed HR operations for 4,000 employees across multiple states and led group-wide talent acquisition efforts, HR shared services, and implementation of SuccessFactors.
In his early career, Rana held HR leadership positions at Essar, where he managed large-scale HR operations across power and steel businesses, and HSBC, where he began as an Executive in HR & Operations before progressing to Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition.
Education
Rana holds a PGPEX in Human Resources Management and Services from IIM Calcutta and a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur, both premier institutions known for shaping HR leadership talent.
