Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia, September 2025 — Zendir has announced the appointment of Arthur Pappas as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). In his new role, Pappas will oversee operational strategy, organizational effectiveness, and cross-functional delivery to strengthen Zendir’s mission of providing high-fidelity digital twin environments for satellite operators.
Pappas has been an integral part of Zendir for more than two years, most recently serving as Head of Operations, where he drove strategic planning, commercial operations, and human resources initiatives. His leadership in operational scaling has laid the foundation for his elevation to COO.
Prior to Zendir, he served as a Facilitator at i4 Connect, where he helped accelerate commercialization efforts for startups, advising founders on business strategy and preparing them for investment readiness. He also worked at the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources as a Program Officer, Venture Capital, where he contributed to national innovation programs.
Earlier, Pappas held a key role at the Canberra Innovation Network, where he managed innovation programs, engaged with over 200 entrepreneurs annually, and connected them with investors and experts. Simultaneously, he served as Program Manager at GRIFFIN Accelerator, successfully accelerating 16 startups and increasing their combined portfolio valuation by more than $15 million.
His career began with corporate roles at Marsh as an Operations Executive and at GE Capital as a Collections Officer, giving him a strong grounding in operational execution before transitioning to the innovation and startup ecosystem.
