Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 — Sonia Sharda has taken on the role of Executive Vice President at Dentsu Creative, further strengthening the agency’s leadership team.
Sonia has been with Dentsu Creative for over two years, steadily growing within the organization. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President and earlier as Vice President – Business, where she drove strategic client partnerships, business growth, and operational excellence. Her elevation reflects her consistent impact in delivering value across large-scale mandates.
Before joining Dentsu Creative, Sonia had a successful tenure at WATConsult, where she spent more than five years in various leadership roles, including Vice President – Operations (West & South), Associate Vice President – Operations (West), and Regional Head (West) – Operations. At WATConsult, she also led account management and digital transformation initiatives as Group Account Manager.
Earlier in her career, Sonia worked with Orient Planet Group in Dubai for over three years, serving in roles such as Assistant Manager – Social Media, Senior Social Media Specialist, Social Media Specialist, Executive – Projects, and Marketing Executive at Prime Vision Studio. She began her professional journey at Perfect Relations as Associate Image Executive and also gained valuable exposure as an Intern with Ogilvy & Mather.
Her career trajectory highlights her expertise in digital marketing, operations, client strategy, and brand communications, making her a dynamic leader poised to drive Dentsu Creative’s mission of transformative creativity.
