Pune, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 – RigAI has announced the appointment of Ranjan Phadke as its new Chief Executive Officer. In his role, Phadke will lead the growth of RigAI’s Decision-as-a-Service platform, which delivers instant, board-ready AI blueprints by compressing months of strategy and design into minutes. He will drive product vision, enterprise partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives to scale RigAI’s impact globally.
Phadke takes on this role after serving as Vice President and Human Resource Leader of Data & Analytics at Genpact, where he spearheaded talent strategy for a $1 billion Data Tech AI business. His leadership was pivotal in aligning workforce planning with the company’s rapidly growing AI and analytics portfolio.
Prior to Genpact, he spent over eight years at EXL, where he held several senior HR leadership roles including Global HR Head – Healthcare, Chief of Staff to the CHRO, and Vice President HR – Digital Intelligence Organization. During his tenure, he led HR strategies for large-scale businesses, played a key role in establishing digital labs and consulting practices, and supported client satisfaction across verticals.
Earlier, Phadke held leadership roles at Ocwen Financial Corporation as Manager, Human Resources and at The Institute for Leadership and Global Education (ILGE) as Principal Consultant. His career began with Infosys, where he gained foundational experience in learning and development, talent acquisition, and talent management.
Phadke holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource from Welingkar Institute of Management and completed a General Management program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB), equipping him with strong academic and professional grounding for his leadership journey.
