In this role, he will focus on scaling operations, driving logistics efficiency, and building sustainable strategies to strengthen the company’s growth in the building materials sector.
With over three decades of diverse experience, Kallol has held senior leadership positions at Holcim, Adani Group, Dalmia Bharat Limited, Binani Cement Ltd, Larsen & Toubro, and J K White Cement. His expertise spans supply chain management, cement pricing, logistics optimization, and volume tracking at both regional and pan-India levels. He has also contributed as a Subject Matter Expert with leading consulting firms, adding valuable strategic insights to the sector.
Most recently, Kallol worked with UltraTech Cement on behalf of PRAG India Cement Private Limited (PIPCL), managing supply chain and sales across the North East region. Prior to this, at Holcim and Adani Group, he played pivotal roles in strengthening supply chain operations and optimizing transportation management. His earlier leadership at Dalmia Bharat and Binani Cement further shaped his expertise in driving large-scale logistics and distribution strategies.
Beyond his corporate journey, Kallol has also been an entrepreneur, managing his own trucking company and serving as a C&F agent for leading cement brands such as Ultratech and Ambuja Cement. This blend of strategic leadership and hands-on operational experience positions him uniquely to bridge strategy with execution at S. S. Logistics.
