Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, October 2025 – Sugam Group, one of India’s pioneering logistics and supply chain organizations, has announced the appointment of Deepak Bhandari as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (Group CHRO). In this capacity, he will lead the Group’s people strategy, drive transformation, and strengthen organizational readiness for the future.

Deepak Bhandari brings over two decades of HR leadership experience across diverse industries. Before joining Sugam Group, he spent close to six years with Mynd Integrated Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in leading the organization’s people and culture agenda. As Chief Human Resources Officer, he drove HR transformation, talent management, and organizational capability initiatives that aligned business strategy with workforce excellence.
Prior to that, Deepak served as Head – Human Resources at Morphogenesis, a leading architecture and design firm, where he built strong HR systems and championed a culture of innovation and inclusion. Earlier, he was associated with InterGlobe Technology Quotient (ITQ) as Head – HR Operations & Employee Services, contributing significantly to HR digitalization and service excellence.
Deepak also led HR operations at Dream India Schools, where he helped scale workforce capabilities in the education sector. His earlier stints include progressive HR roles at InterGlobe Technology Quotient and Superior Group of Companies, where he laid the foundation of his people management expertise.
Throughout his career, Deepak has been known for his strong business partnership orientation, organizational development focus, and ability to drive large-scale HR transformations that align people, performance, and purpose.
