He has previously served in leadership roles including Director and Head, Portfolio Coverage – Tech and Director & Country Lead – Tech, Commercial Banking, where he drove lending programs, fostered collaborations with venture capital and private equity investors, and crafted strategic banking solutions for technology-driven enterprises.
In his new role, Dilip will lead HSBC Innovation Banking’s plan to channel $1 billion in non-dilutive debt capital to startups across various stages—from seed to IPO. This initiative will support founders and investors by enabling growth while allowing them to retain greater control.
