Charu Vijayvargiya Appointed as Group HR – Learning & Development, Organization Development and Talent Management at Abhinandan Ventures

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2025 – Charu Vijayvargiya has joined Abhinandan Ventures as Group HR – Learning & Development, Organization Development and Talent Management. In her new role, Charu will lead strategic initiatives in talent development, capability building, and organizational design across the company’s diversified portfolio, which includes Tomorrow Capital, The House of Abhinandan Lodha, Bonito Designs, BeyondSkool, Easiloan, and Sheetal Foundation.

Before joining Abhinandan Ventures, Charu spent more than eight years at Reliance Broadcast Network, where she rose through various leadership roles. As Head – Human Resources, she oversaw HR strategy, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational planning across multiple business units. Earlier, as Senior HR Business Partner – Corporate, West and East & Lead – Learning & Development, she played a key role in talent development and cultural transformation initiatives, and as Lead – Talent Management, she spearheaded succession planning and leadership development programs across the organization.

Prior to Reliance Broadcast Network, Charu served as a Consultant – Associate at Great Place to Work® Institute (India), where she partnered with organizations to strengthen their workplace culture, engagement, and leadership development frameworks. During this period, she also worked on consulting projects with BTVI, BIG FM, and 63 Moons Technologies Limited, providing strategic HR advisory and talent solutions to diverse industries.

Earlier in her career, Charu held managerial roles at HDFC Bank and Just Dial, where she gained strong experience in HR operations, employee relations, and recruitment. Her early professional journey began at United Way Mumbai as a Program Manager, where she led community development projects and corporate partnerships, showcasing her passion for social impact and people development.

Charu holds a Master’s degree in Psychiatry and Social Work (Psychology) from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, which laid the foundation for her people-centric approach to leadership and organizational growth.
