Gina has been with Mous for nearly six years, most recently serving as Finance & Operations Director, where she led strategic financial planning, business operations, and cross-functional initiatives that supported the company’s rapid global growth. Prior to that, she held the role of Finance Director, driving financial transformation and contributing to Mous’s evolution from a fast-growing startup into a global lifestyle brand.
Before joining Mous, Gina was Head of Financial Control at Hobbs London, where she strengthened financial governance, reporting, and business process optimization across the brand. Earlier, she spent over five years with Coast Fashion, rising to Head of Finance, where she played a key role in steering financial performance during a period of significant retail transformation.
Her earlier career includes leadership roles at Aurora Fashions, overseeing group financial planning for brands such as Oasis, Karen Millen, and Coast. She also worked with Adecco and KPMG South Africa, where she developed her expertise in audit, compliance, and financial systems—laying the foundation for her strong analytical and strategic capabilities.
As CFO at Mous, Gina will focus on driving financial performance, scaling operations, and supporting innovation-led growth, as the company continues to expand its global presence and product portfolio.
