With more than two decades of experience in financial leadership across major healthcare and insurance organizations, Scott’s appointment marks a key step in strengthening Vatica Health’s financial and strategic growth foundation.
In his new role, Scott will lead all aspects of financial management, strategy, and operations, supporting Vatica Health’s mission to enhance healthcare outcomes through technology-driven solutions. His extensive expertise in financial transformation, risk management, and strategic execution in regulated healthcare environments will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s next phase of growth.
Before joining Vatica Health, Scott served as Chief Financial Officer at Point32Health, where he oversaw actuarial, underwriting, risk and capital management, FP&A, and financial reporting functions. He previously held the role of CFO at Clarity Software Solutions, Inc., leading the finance, HR, and legal teams while steering the company toward strategic expansion.
Scott’s earlier leadership journey includes serving as Senior Vice President and CFO at Aetna, a CVS Health company, where he guided the finance organization supporting Aetna’s mission of improving people’s health. He also held the position of Executive Vice President and CFO at Fallon Health, where he led enterprise-wide financial and strategic operations. His career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked as a Certified Public Accountant, establishing a strong foundation in financial governance and audit.
A graduate of Saint Michael’s College with a B.A. in Accounting, Scott is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.
