Wilmington, Delaware, United States, November 2025 — Bruce Mathews has joined Qnity as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, where he will lead the company’s global IT strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise innovation agenda. In his new role, Bruce will focus on leveraging digital, data, and AI to accelerate Qnity’s growth and competitive advantage in the semiconductor industry.
Before joining Qnity, Bruce Mathews served as SVP and Chief Information Officer at DuPont, where he was responsible for global IT strategy and value creation during the formation of DuPont Electronics into a newly created public company — now Qnity. His leadership was pivotal in designing and executing the technology transition plan that established Qnity’s independent digital identity.
Prior to that, Bruce held the position of SVP and Chief Information Officer at Acuity Brands, where he led the company’s technology transformation across architecture, product capability, analytics, and customer experience. His focus on innovation and operational excellence enabled significant advances in predictive analytics and digital service delivery.
Earlier, he served as Chief Information Officer at Resideo Technologies, a $5.8 billion global enterprise spun off from Honeywell. At Resideo, he led company-wide IT and cybersecurity strategy across 35+ countries, ensuring technology-enabled scalability, resilience, and security.
Before joining Resideo, Bruce spent nearly 18 years at Honeywell, where he held several key leadership positions, including Vice President IT for Integrated Supply Chain & Spinoffs and Vice President IT, Performance Materials Division. He played an instrumental role in major corporate spinoffs that became standalone public companies, led SAP deployments across multiple divisions, and strengthened IT-business alignment for a $10 billion enterprise.
