Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, November 2025 — Deepak Kudachi has taken on a new role as Director – Global Talent Acquisition Service Delivery at Alcon, supporting the APAC and EMEA regions across Commercial, Alcon Global Services (AGS), and Manufacturing businesses. With nearly two decades of experience in human resources and talent acquisition leadership, Deepak brings a strong record of building scalable recruitment strategies and delivering global service excellence across multiple industries.
Deepak’s journey with Alcon spans over four years, during which he has played a key role in transforming the company’s global hiring operations. Most recently, as Global Talent Acquisition Leader (Alcon Global Services and APAC Region), he led end-to-end talent acquisition delivery across India, Poland, Mexico, and Malaysia, streamlining processes to enhance speed, quality, and stakeholder experience. His leadership contributed to shaping Alcon’s global recruiting capability framework and strengthening the company’s employer brand across markets.
Before this, he served as Global Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager at Alcon, where he established strong hiring systems for India and key AGS centers worldwide. His expertise in talent analytics, employer branding, and onboarding excellence helped elevate Alcon’s recruitment delivery to a more strategic, data-driven model aligned with business priorities.
Prior to joining Alcon, Deepak worked with Lowe’s India as Lead Talent Acquisition Advisor and CoE Lead – Talent Acquisition, where he drove talent delivery transformation and implemented capability-based hiring practices. He also spent over two years at Aequs Pvt. Ltd., leading hiring for aerospace engineering and manufacturing talent, supporting operations across India, the U.S., and France. Earlier in his career, Deepak gained deep client and process expertise at HirePro Consulting, managing recruitment delivery for major clients such as Lowe’s India, CloudTail India, and Citrix R&D India under the RPO model.
Deepak began his professional journey with Accenture, followed by entrepreneurial experience as Managing Director of Efficient Group, where he led business development, client relations, and executive search mandates for diverse industries. His multi-sectoral background—spanning technology, aerospace, and healthcare—continues to shape his holistic and business-aligned approach to global talent strategy.
