Copenhagen, Capital Region of Denmark, November 2025 – PA Consulting, a global innovation and transformation consultancy, has appointed Caroline Brondt Kirkegård as Head of People, Nordics & The Netherlands. In her new role, Caroline will lead the People & Culture agenda across Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo, and Utrecht, focusing on enabling business growth, fostering leadership excellence, and nurturing a thriving, inclusive culture across the region.
Before rejoining PA Consulting, Caroline served as Senior Director and Transformation Lead for HR Services & Legal at Nuuday, where she spearheaded a comprehensive HR transformation. She led the implementation of a new HR operating model, optimized employee journeys, and digitized HR processes to drive operational excellence and employee engagement across multiple locations.
At TDC NET, she played a pivotal role as Director, Transformation Lead, People & Culture, where she designed and launched the company’s onboarding program, formulated its corporate values, and led key people initiatives including flexible work models, employer branding, and health & safety programs.
Earlier, Caroline held senior transformation and consulting roles, including Head of Business Partners & Projects at Tivoli and FVP, Head of Agile Center of Excellence at Danske Bank, where she successfully scaled agile methodologies and established leadership academies. She also founded Buro C, her independent consulting firm, and worked with major Nordic organizations on leadership, culture, and change initiatives.
Caroline’s earlier tenure at PA Consulting Group spanned nearly a decade, where she worked as a Principal Consultant and later Managing Consultant. During this period, she led large-scale transformation projects for clients such as ATP, Danske Bank, SKAT, RSA-Codan, and Lundbeck, earning a reputation for her expertise in organizational design, process optimization, and digital transformation.
Caroline began her career at the Danish Medicines Agency, where she managed projects supporting digital transformation within public sector systems. She holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Commercial Law from Aarhus University, equipping her with a strong foundation in both strategy and compliance.
