Before joining NTT DATA, Lavanya Shrinagesh served as Global Director at CGIAR, where she led key global initiatives focused on leadership development, equity, and organizational culture transformation. Her leadership was instrumental in advancing inclusive practices across a diverse, multi-country workforce, shaping the global conversation around diversity and sustainability.
Earlier, she spent over six years at Genpact India as Vice President and Global CSR and Diversity & Inclusion Leader, where she spearheaded the company’s global D&I framework, corporate responsibility strategy, and leadership engagement programs. Under her leadership, Genpact’s inclusion strategy became a benchmark within the global services industry — strengthening gender balance, expanding accessibility initiatives, and embedding inclusion as a driver of innovation and performance.
Lavanya’s career reflects a strong passion for developing inclusive cultures, fostering leadership potential, and aligning organizational values with business transformation. Her extensive experience in talent development, leadership strategy, and corporate social responsibility positions her perfectly to lead NTT DATA’s next phase of people and culture evolution.
