Vevey, Vaud, Switzerland, November 2025 – Nestlé has announced the appointment of Riddhi Adlakha as Region Head – Marketing, Sales, and Ecommerce IT for Asia, Oceania, and Africa, a key leadership role in advancing the company’s digital and commercial transformation across diverse global markets. With more than two decades of experience spanning digital transformation, marketing strategy, and technology-led business innovation, Riddhi brings a strong track record of building integrated digital ecosystems and driving customer-centric growth.
Before joining Nestlé, Riddhi Adlakha served at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for over a decade, holding multiple senior leadership positions, including Managing Partner – Digital, Global Head of Digital Marketing, and Head of Retail Strategic Initiatives. At TCS, she led global-scale marketing and digital transformation programs across industries such as retail, CPG, travel, and hospitality, enabling clients to leverage data, technology, and creativity for superior customer engagement.
Prior to her tenure at TCS, Riddhi worked with Accenture, where she served as General Manager – Operations (Digital Marketing), leading large digital marketing teams and driving operational excellence. She also headed social media operations at Blueocean Market Intelligence, managing digital reputation and analytics programs for global brands.
In her early career, Riddhi worked with Respondez as Assistant Manager – Training and Aptech as Senior Corporate Trainer, experiences that honed her expertise in people leadership, communication, and digital upskilling. Her career reflects an enduring passion for integrating marketing, technology, and innovation to create scalable digital impact.
In her current leadership role at Nestlé, Riddhi oversees the alignment of marketing, sales, and eCommerce IT strategies across the Asia, Oceania, and Africa regions, ensuring seamless integration of technology and customer experience to drive growth in one of Nestlé’s most dynamic and diverse markets.
