Novi Sad, Vojvodina, Serbia, November 2025 — Valcon has announced the appointment of Oliver Muskinja as Head of People and Culture – South Eastern Europe (SEE) Region, where he will lead the company’s people agenda across Serbia and Croatia. In this newly expanded leadership role, Oliver will oversee organizational culture, leadership enablement, and HR processes that align with Valcon’s mission of creating long-lasting, sustainable value through a people-first approach.
In his new capacity, Oliver will be responsible for aligning People & Culture policies and practices across the SEE region, partnering with regional leadership to drive talent, capability, and performance development. His focus will also include building leadership excellence, enhancing the employee experience, and implementing scalable people processes that foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Prior to this appointment, Oliver served as Head of HR – Operations & Automation at Valcon, where he spearheaded digital transformation initiatives within HR, automating onboarding and offboarding processes, optimizing travel and expense systems, and introducing Airtable-based models for real-time payroll and workforce cost projections. His leadership in people analytics, process improvement, and change management has strengthened Valcon’s operational efficiency and employee engagement across regions.
Before joining Valcon, Oliver held key roles that combined HR operations, business strategy, and digital innovation. As People Lead – Operations & Compliance at Anari AI, he developed HR and compliance frameworks, led SOC 2 certification readiness, and managed investor due diligence processes. His earlier tenure at Wolf & Wolf Technologies saw him consolidate HR functions across international locations, establish KPIs, and lead HR tech-stack automation initiatives, achieving significant administrative efficiencies.
Oliver’s diverse background also includes roles in marketing, fintech operations, and research for government institutions, reflecting his multidisciplinary expertise in process design, leadership development, and organizational culture transformation.
