Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, November 2025 – Intelloger Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has announced the appointment of Bharat Chander Uprati as its new Director – HR. In this strategic leadership role, Bharat will lead the HR function, oversee people strategy, and strengthen organisational capability across Intelloger’s global footprint spanning India, UAE, Australia, and Canada. He will be responsible for driving scalable HR frameworks, talent management, employee experience, and organisational effectiveness for the rapidly expanding digital solutions and Oracle transformation firm.
Bharat most recently served at Intelloger itself as an HR Business Partner, contributing to talent management and cross-functional HR initiatives before moving into the Director – HR role. His work in HR Business Partnering and Human Capital Management provided a strong foundation for stepping into the organisation’s top HR leadership position.
Prior to joining Intelloger, Bharat spent over a year at Qinecsa Solutions as a Human Resources Business Partner, supporting the Technology vertical for India and simultaneously leading HR for Insife India, a global pharmacovigilance software organisation. In this role, he played a pivotal part in setting up end-to-end HR operations, building scalable people practices, aligning HR frameworks with global teams across Europe and the US, and creating engaging employee experience programmes that strengthened organisational culture.
Before Qinecsa, Bharat worked for more than two years with the RP Sanjiv Goenka Group, where he served as Senior Manager – HR for Editorji Technologies Pvt. Ltd. He led the entire HR department, managing the full employee lifecycle for the digital media platform. His contributions included designing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, establishing innovative sourcing methods, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment, driving performance excellence, leveraging HR analytics for decision-making, and strengthening HR technology adoption. His work enabled Editorji to scale efficiently as a fast-paced digital media organisation.
Earlier in his career, Bharat spent over three years at Barco as Deputy Manager – Human Resources, where he independently managed large-scale recruitment, employee data processes, HRIS ownership, end-to-end separation management, compensation & benefits administration, HR audits, and compliance management. His expertise in HRIS, payroll coordination, and analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau strengthened his ability to build data-driven HR systems within large teams.
Bharat’s foundational HR experience includes his roles at NDTV, Easy Care Integrated Solutions, Yes Consultants, and a significant tenure at TCI Group (Transport Corporation of India Limited), where he managed HR across multiple regions including Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Goa. Over nearly four years with TCI Group, he supported around 3,000 employees, managed recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, staff welfare, learning and development, and campus engagement initiatives across diverse business units.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS).
