In this capacity, Stawecki will help drive operational excellence, strengthen performance systems, and support the company’s continued growth as it expands its footprint in the beverage industry.
Stawecki’s appointment as Chief Operating Officer follows more than three years of impactful contributions at Blake’s Beverage Co., where he previously served as Vice President Operations for approximately two years, leading major operational initiatives. Prior to that, he strengthened on-ground operations as Plant Manager, enhancing plant performance and team capability.
Before joining Blake’s, he spent close to two years at Stellantis in Michigan, contributing as Maintenance Manager and Production Area Manager, where he sharpened his expertise in reliability engineering, maintenance efficiency, and production oversight.
Earlier in his career, Stawecki spent nearly eight years with FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, holding roles that shaped his technical and operational foundation. As Facilities Engineering Supervisor and Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, he developed deep expertise in manufacturing maintenance, facility operations, and process optimization.
Across these experiences, Stawecki has built a strong track record in plant operations, maintenance strategy, team development, and large-scale process improvement—capabilities that will significantly influence his leadership at Blake’s Beverage Co..
