Gurugram, Haryana, India, November 2025 — Rohan Kulkarni has been elevated to Senior Director, On-Premise (Away from Home Business), India at The Coca-Cola Company, marking a significant leadership advancement within one of the world’s most iconic beverage organizations. In this expanded role, he will lead Coca-Cola India’s Away-from-Home business across QSR partners, cinema chains, and hotels, strengthening the company’s footprint in high-growth consumption channels.
Immediately prior to this elevation, Rohan Kulkarni served as Head of Region Marketing (North & West) & Head of Customer Marketing at The Coca-Cola Company, where he led consumer marketing for an INR 12,000+ crore portfolio across two major regions. He was responsible for shaping portfolio strategy, designing consumer marketing plans, allocating resources, driving integrated marketing campaigns, and strengthening Coca-Cola’s regional market share through strong, insight-driven execution.
Earlier, he drove significant impact as Director, Integrated Execution & Incubation, Modern Trade and Digital Commerce, where he led integrated brand plans and execution for India’s Top 50 modern trade and digital customers. His work included steering marketing strategy, supply chain planning, and new product launch execution in collaboration with India’s bottling operations—improving customer-centric execution across key high-volume retail channels.
Previously, he worked as Lead, Customer Value Creation Strategy, Modern Trade and Digital Commerce, where he spearheaded long-term strategic engagement for modern trade and digital customers across India and South West Asia. His work shaped category growth plans, strengthened revenue and portfolio growth strategies, and enabled scalable, sustainable customer partnerships across emerging channels.
Before taking on strategy and customer leadership roles, Rohan Kulkarni served as Senior Manager, RTM and Market Execution and Senior Manager, Route to Market, where he played an instrumental role in shaping Coca-Cola India’s franchise bottling execution strategy. He designed route-to-market frameworks, channel plans, commercial structures, and execution standards to enhance portfolio distribution and increase market reach across India’s diverse retail landscape.
Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Rohan Kulkarni spent more than eight impactful years at Procter & Gamble, progressing through roles including GTM Manager for P&G India, Unit Manager & Modern Retail Account Manager, and Key Account Manager. He contributed significantly to Go-to-Market strategy design, innovation-driven execution processes, national distributor financial model transformation, and digital selling solutions. His early career began as an Analyst at Cognizant, where he developed analytical and operational foundations that strengthened his future commercial leadership roles. He holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
