Mumbai, Maharashtra, India – November 2025 — Hareesh Tibrewala has started a new position as Independent Director at Primarc Pecan Retail Private Limited, where he will also serve as the Chair of the Audit Committee. In this capacity, he will contribute strategic oversight to one of India’s leading end-to-end e-commerce and digital solution partners. His role complements his broader portfolio of board and advisory engagements across technology, digital transformation, and impact-driven enterprises.
Most recently, Hareesh strengthened his governance and advisory footprint through key roles such as Fellow at Board Stewardship, Member at the Institute of Directors (IOD), India, and Non-Executive Chairperson at Meru Life, where he contributes to CSR and Digital Risk Management committees. His leadership extends across technology-driven, purpose-centric organizations, demonstrating his commitment to innovation, governance, and ecosystem building.
Prior to these, Hareesh founded Anhad, where he continues to advise organizations on digital transformation, revenue growth, and organizational design. He also serves as an advisor to the A.T.E. Group, Sintex, and the Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry, contributing strategic counsel on digital architecture, transformation practices, and technology-driven value creation. His board experience includes serving as Independent Director at VAV Life Sciences | VAV Lipids, one of India’s leading phospholipids and lipid-delivery manufacturers with global Fortune 500 clients.
Earlier in his career, Hareesh co-founded and led Mirum India (previously Social Wavelength) as Co-Founder, Joint CEO, and later Board Member, scaling it into one of India’s most respected digital agencies with global delivery capabilities across marketing automation, media, tech builds, and digital strategy. Across 14+ years, he drove major digital transformation programs, governance functions, and expansion across domestic and international markets. Before Mirum, he served as President at Jesons Industries Limited, executed strategic alliances across global markets, and earlier co-founded HomeIndia.com, one of India’s pioneering e-commerce ventures.
Looking further back, Hareesh built a strong foundation during his early career as Partner at IFCM Counsellors, advising marquee clients such as Welspun Group, Raasi Cement, Indian Rayon, Nath Pulp & Paper, and global firms like Alloy Polymers Inc. His career demonstrates a rare blend of entrepreneurship, digital acumen, board governance, and strategic leadership across sectors including e-commerce, marketing technology, FMCG, industrial manufacturing, and social impact.
