In this role, he will guide Metagenics’ strategic growth, operational excellence, and science-driven mission of advancing personalized nutrition.
As he steps into this new chapter, Patrick brings over two decades of global leadership experience across nutrition, consumer health, and life sciences markets, where he has consistently driven transformation, category growth, and customer-centric innovation.
Before joining Metagenics, Patrick Sly served at Reckitt for over 16 years, holding several high-impact global leadership roles. Most recently, he was the Global President (CEO), Consumer Health, where he played a pivotal role on the company’s Executive Board and led global category expansion. Prior to that, he served as Global President (CEO), Nutrition, and earlier as President, North America & Europe Nutrition, where he strengthened brand portfolios, built winning commercial strategies, and steered region-wide business performance.
Before rising to global CEO roles at Reckitt, Patrick served in key international general management positions, including Vice President & General Manager, Indochina | Thailand, and General Manager, Andean | Colombia. His early leadership career at Reckitt also spanned roles across the Philippines, Vietnam, and the United States, where as Senior Marketing Director, US Core Brands, he led category revitalization and expanded market share across multiple strategic segments.
Prior to joining Reckitt, Patrick spent over nine years at Bristol-Myers Squibb, progressing through diverse roles in marketing and sales leadership, including Sales Director, US National Accounts, Marketing Director, and Senior Brand Manager. His journey through early brand management and national market leadership laid the groundwork for his future roles scaling global businesses and building high-performance teams across continents.
The foundation of Patrick’s global leadership career was built during his early years at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he held brand, associate brand, and assistant brand management roles across the US market—equipping him with strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of consumer behavior, category strategy, and healthcare ecosystems.
