Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 – Aasif Qureshi has been appointed as Director – Human Capital Consulting at Grant Thornton Bharat LLP, where he will spearhead strategic consulting engagements focused on human capital transformation. Based in Mumbai, he joins the firm at a time of expanding advisory capabilities across India.
Before joining Grant Thornton, Aasif Qureshi was with KPMG India for over four years, where he held multiple senior roles. He led key mandates in Human Capital Advisory Solutions and HR COEs and contributed to critical client initiatives in succession planning, people management, and organizational design.
Prior to that, he spent nearly five years at Korn Ferry, where he progressed through several client-facing roles, ultimately serving as Senior Client Relationship Manager. His work at Korn Ferry was instrumental in strengthening client partnerships across industries through talent and leadership solutions.
Earlier, Aasif served as Regional Business Head at DOOR Training and Consulting India, overseeing P&L responsibilities and solution design for West India. His responsibilities spanned delivery excellence and client satisfaction. He also worked at SMM-ART Training & Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. and held other key roles focused on business development and client servicing across Mumbai.
Aasif holds a Master’s degree in Management Studies from Lancaster University.
