New Delhi, Delhi, India, December 2025 – Prerna Sodhi has stepped into her new role as Talent Acquisition Partner at Vena Group, a leading force in green solutions and digital infrastructure across the Asia-Pacific region. In this strategic role, she will contribute to the organization’s growth by attracting high-impact talent aligned with the company’s mission to accelerate the energy and AI-led digital transition.
Before joining Vena Group, Prerna held a significant tenure of over three and a half years at Extramarks Education India Pvt. Ltd., where she most recently served as Senior Human Resources Manager. She spearheaded end-to-end hiring for technology, product, and business roles—closing over 150 positions in a single year. She also led a team of recruiters, enhancing efficiency through workflow automation and data dashboards. Her journey at Extramarks began as Human Resources Manager, where she developed expertise in performance appraisals and HR business partnering.
Previously, Prerna worked at Motherson Technology Services for over 1.5 years as Human Resources Executive, where she managed full-cycle recruitment across India and Japan, handled diverse client accounts including Robert Bosch and Siemens, and received recognitions like “Best Recruiter of the AMJ Quarter FY21” and “Star Performer” of the captive TA team.
Her earlier internships at TopHire.co and Zee Media Corporation Limited helped lay a strong foundation in talent scouting, candidate experience, job analysis, and competency mapping. These experiences enriched her understanding of both technical and non-technical hiring landscapes.
Prerna holds an MBA in Human Resource Development from Delhi School of Economics, and brings to her new role a mix of structured hiring strategy, digital HR innovation, and cross-functional team leadership.
