Hyderabad, Telangana, India, December 2025 – Srikanth Lanka has joined The Hartford India as Head of Finance & Operations, marking a new chapter in his career dedicated to driving operational excellence and financial leadership. Prior to joining The Hartford, Srikanth Lanka served as Head of Operations and Finance (India) at Chubb for nearly six years. Based in Hyderabad, he was instrumental in overseeing financial operations, business strategy execution, and driving process efficiencies aligned with global corporate standards.
Before Chubb, he held a long tenure at iNautix Technologies (a BNY Mellon company), where he served as Vice President – Finance for over 14 years. In this role, he led complex financial systems transformations and supported strategic finance functions for global delivery.
His earlier experience includes working at Maersk Global Service Centres as an Assistant Manager, where he handled financial operations and systems for the global shipping and logistics giant. He began his corporate journey as a Process Associate at GE, where he built a strong foundation in process excellence and financial workflows.
