Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, December 2025 – Devi Sangeetha R has taken on a new leadership role as AVP – Talent Acquisition India at Swiss Re. In this role, she is responsible for leading Swiss Re’s India talent acquisition strategy, strengthening hiring ecosystems, and enabling workforce capability aligned to Swiss Re’s global reinsurance, insurance, and risk solutions growth agenda.
In her current role at Swiss Re, Devi is leading India talent acquisition strategy across technology, operations, and shared services functions, supporting Swiss Re’s expanding global capability centres and business operations.
Prior to joining Swiss Re, she spent over five years at Standard Chartered Bank as Manager – Talent Acquisition, where she led large-scale hiring programs across banking technology, operations, and support functions.
Earlier, Devi served as a Recruiter for PayPal at Korn Ferry, managing high-volume and specialist hiring mandates across financial technology and digital payments domains.
She also held senior recruiting leadership roles at KellyOCG as Senior Client Recruiting Consultant for Citi Bank Operations, and earlier as Executive – Client Services at Helios & Matheson, building a strong foundation in enterprise recruitment and client delivery hiring.
Devi holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Anna University, Chennai.
